About the Role

Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice of Animals Australia, connecting with supporters and helping them help animals.
• Build meaningful relationships with supporters via phone and email communications.
• Process donations, merchandise purchases, and campaign enquiries efficiently.
• Manage supporter data with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support various office-based tasks at least one day per week in a hybrid work environment.
