Working at AAC feels like being part of a startup, where your impact is much greater.

I love the flexibility, independence, and collaborative spirit we have. I appreciate the freedom to manage my workload and working hours, while also benefiting from a supportive feedback culture and teamwork on diverse projects.

We asked Lauren Mee:
We asked Lauren Mee:What kind of person may struggle at AAC?

In general we are flexible to accommodate creating a work environment where our team can flourish based on their individual work style.

However if someone is not able to manage their own time, prioritise well, isn't very organised or collaborative and doesn't enjoy working in a remote environment, they may struggle working at AAC.

— CEO & Co-Founder
We asked Nayan Agarwal:
We asked Nayan Agarwal:What kind of growth can you expect at AAC?

Starting as a volunteer, I quickly found myself immersed in a full-scale marketing role, overseeing social media, content, and community management at AAC.
