About the Role
Do you want to help animals and are looking for ways to direct your skills and resources where they can truly make a difference? The Francophone Animal Impact Program (PIAF) helps you to:
- Put your skills and resources at the service of your convictions: support to align action and values.
- Identify the logical next step in your commitment: a structured method, based on experience and research.
- Join a network of committed French-speaking animal rights activists: find your place among peers who share your ambitions.
Unique and free, PIAF is a French-language program open to all ambitious animal rights activists. It takes place online over six weeks. PIAF helps you gain clarity, chart your course, and take action.
✅ This Program Is for You If…
- You have a strong motivation to help animals in the most effective way possible.
- You already have some activist or professional experience.
- You are guided by pragmatism and rationality.
- You are looking for help, clarity, support, and group dynamics.
- You are ready to commit to 6 weeks, to do the planned exercises, and to participate in the group workshops.
- You are comfortable with French.
And if you’re still hesitating? Take a chance, it doesn’t commit you to anything.
📅 Format
We help you ask the right questions, then find the answers, so you can finally take your first steps.
The principle:
- Weekly workshops over 6 weeks.
- Each week, 1.5 hours of exercises and resources to discover, plus a 1-hour workshop with your group and facilitator in a co-development format (in total, plan for a weekly investment of 3 to 5 hours).
- Feedback from your facilitator on your companion document.
- 2 post-PIAF workshops to maintain focus and motivation.
- A shared confidentiality framework (facilitators and participants).
The sequence:

- Week 3 🐥: Prioritize your options
- Weeks 4 and 5 🦜: Check your assumptions
- Week 6 🦚: Define your plan and launch your first actions
❌ For Whom Is PIAF Not Suitable?
PIAF is not a “turnkey” approach: you will need to be involved in your own journey. We can provide you with methods, a network, and tools, but finding your impact strategy will require work on your part.
PIAF isn’t a method for “making a fortune”: it’s about impact, not returns. While having a sufficient salary to live comfortably is an essential criterion to consider in any strategic choice, “getting rich” isn’t the goal of this program. PIAF isn’t designed to find you a job. It’s more about guiding you toward the right type of job.
