Scope of Work
Program Planning & Implementation (40%)
- Lead the overall planning, coordination, and implementation of the program
- Coordinate program timelines, schedules, activities, and operational requirements
- Ensure smooth delivery of lectures, workshops, and learning activities
- Manage participant engagement and provide day-to-day support to participants throughout the program
- Coordinate logistical and administrative needs related to program implementation
Module Development (30%)
- Support the development and refinement of program modules, session plans, and learning materials
- Collaborate with facilitators, technical experts, and partners in designing engaging and relevant learning experiences
- Contribute to the integration of practical, interdisciplinary, and applied learning approaches into the curriculum
Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination (20%)
- Coordinate with training facilitators, mentors, technical experts, university partners and professors, and guest speakers
- Maintain regular communication with program participants and external partners
- Assist in organizing meetings, orientations, and coordination activities with stakeholders
- Help strengthen relationships that support participant opportunities, engagement, and long-term involvement in the movement
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting (10%)
- Track participant attendance, engagement, outputs, and program indicators
- Assist in collecting and organizing data from surveys, reflections, and feedback forms
- Contribute to the preparation of narrative reports, documentation, and program summaries
- Support internal learning and reflection processes to improve future program cycles
- Help document participant stories, insights, and program outcomes
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years experience in program coordination, development work, or community engagement
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating activities with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Work setup, Compensation, & Benefits
- Duration of engagement: This position is offered under a one-year contract.
- Benefits: Flexible schedule, hybrid work setup, opportunity to attend workshops and trainings, occasional field work and HMO (100k MBL) upon onboarding and until the end of the contract
- AEP’s office hours: 9am – 6pm
- Commitment: 40 hrs. per week
- Compensation: Php 40,000 monthly subject to withholding tax
