We’re hiring for a small number of roles this year. We care less about the exact shape of your past career than about whether you can take an unformed problem and turn it into a real operation.

• Whatever the role, we’re looking for people who are agentic and not overly fixed in their past career. The traits below matter more than titles.

• 02 A blank page is a starting point, not a problem.
• 03 You’d rather ship a rough first version than write a perfect plan.
• 04 You’re fluent with AI. You use current models daily, work with agents in real workflows, and keep up with what’s shipping.05 You don’t wait for a defined role to start being useful.
• 06 You update your views when the evidence shifts, even when it’s inconvenient.

Myrias is a venture studio for animal welfare. Nonprofit or for-profit, we build whatever the problem needs and aim it at the largest, most neglected sources of suffering. The evidence sets our priorities.
