About the Role
This internship supports Animal Society’s campaigns and public relations work, helping advance animal welfare through politically oriented campaigns, research, and public-facing communications.
You will work with the campaign team on animal welfare and agricultural policy topics, while gaining hands-on experience in advocacy, media work, and nonprofit campaigning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning of politically oriented campaigns
- Conduct research on animal welfare and agricultural policy issues
- Support the work of the campaigns and communications team
- Help prepare and contribute to public relations and media work
- Prepare and maintain a database to support the qualitative expansion of the organization’s network
