The Impact Accelerator Program (IAP) helps skilled professionals achieve real-world impact through evidence-based tools and community support.

Cohort Sessions

Meet your cohort of 5 experienced professionals from diverse fields for 1.5 hrs per week, led by a trained facilitator.

The cohort sessions will help you:

• Overcome your main barriers and uncertainties regarding your career with tailored guidance and support.
• Stay accountable to take action on a weekly basis.
• Get individual feedback on your impact plan.

Structured Content

Access a guided workbook that organizes reading materials and action steps into clear, manageable weekly sections.

Through the structured content you will:

• Learn about the different ways to have a positive impact in the world.
• Explore different paths for your career.
• Create your personalized roadmap to impact.

Global Network

Access a global network of experienced professionals who are on a similar journey.

The program helps you:

• Build relationships and share experiences with peers from around the world.
• Deep dive into your career options through 1:1s with your facilitator and the IAP leadership.

Post-Program Support

You continue to remain part of the community after the program with virtual sessions and an active Slack group.

Post-program you get:

• Two additional cohort sessions.
• Monthly alumni sessions and access to a network of hundreds of IAP alumni.
• Ongoing 1:1 support for your journey.

High Impact Professionals (HIP) is an international nonprofit that helps experienced professionals use their careers to create as much positive impact as possible.
