Hybrid
Full-time
Campaigns and corporate engagement
Mid-senior level

About the Role

This role is central to OBRAZ’s corporate engagement strategy. You will build partnerships with key stakeholders in the food industry, negotiate animal welfare commitments, and monitor their implementation — similar to the campaigns that secured cage-free pledges across major retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop outreach strategy and actively identify key contacts in the B2B market
  • Lead business meetings, negotiate, and build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Secure commitments from companies in manufacturing, processing, and retail on animal welfare policies
  • Monitor compliance with already established corporate animal welfare commitments
  • Track corporate developments and market trends; identify new opportunities and threats
  • Represent the organisation at industry conferences and networking events
  • End-to-end responsibility for campaigns and projects targeting the corporate sector
  • Collaborate closely with the communications and expert team

Requirements

  • Persuasive communication style; experience in B2B environments
  • “No” is the beginning of a discussion for you — solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience with building corporate relationships or lobbying
  • English at least B2 level

Benefits

  • Starting salary: 39,000–55,000 CZK/month + 2,200 CZK meal allowance
  • Hybrid work: 50% home office
  • 5 weeks’ holiday, 3 sick days, subsidised Multisport card (500 CZK/month)
  • Prague office near the main train station

About the Organisation

OBRAZ – Defenders of Animals is a non-profit organization whose vision is a society that perceives animals as living beings with their own interests, not as means for human benefit. It strives for changes that are achievable in the conditions of the current world and will positively affect the largest possible number of lives. It involves the general public in its campaigns. With this approach, it has achieved two significant legislative successes – the ban on fur farms and caged chicken farming in the Czech Republic.
