About the Role
As a Campaigner, you will develop campaigns that reach people and create meaningful change. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, short decision-making processes, and the opportunity to manage projects independently from the initial idea through to implementation.
You will create campaigns based on our research and core topics, generate reach across our communication channels, and drive concrete change. Working closely with a core team of four people, you will have real ownership and decision-making authority throughout the entire campaign process.
What You’ll Do
- Develop campaign strategies based on our investigative research, social developments, and current scientific findings.
- Plan campaign objectives, activities, timelines, and budgets, and manage their implementation. On-camera production and final editing are handled by management.
- Actively place our research and campaign topics in traditional media, including print, television, and radio, while building and maintaining relationships with journalists.
- Research new campaign topics and analyse emerging social trends.
- Build, establish, and maintain collaborations with other NGOs, media organisations, and academic institutions.
- Plan and deliver both online and offline campaigns.
- Think creatively, contribute new ideas, and take responsibility for cross-organisational projects.
