About the Role

OBRAZ is growing and looking for someone to help the team work smarter. You will connect digital tools, automate processes, implement AI, and develop the organisation’s Notion infrastructure — helping colleagues spend less time on admin and more time protecting animals.

Key Responsibilities

• AI and automation: identify opportunities to save colleagues time through AI tools and automations
• Advanced AI use: implement smart search over internal knowledge, AI assistants, and AI agents connected to OBRAZ’s systems
• Tool integration: build automations between Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and other platforms (e.g. via Make/Zapier)
• Notion development: maintain and improve the main internal platform — databases, forms, workflows, and overall clarity
• Digital security: systematically manage accounts, access permissions, and data handling
• Colleague support: help teams use digital tools effectively and explain new processes clearly

Requirements

• Follows and actively uses new AI capabilities; experience with AI agents
• Can create automations (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.) and connect systems via API
• Knows Notion or can quickly learn its advanced features
• Understands digital security and data protection principles
• Can communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues
• Works independently and follows through on ideas

Benefits

• Monthly remuneration: 39,000–55,000 CZK (pro rata for part-time)
• HPP employment or freelance/IČO contract, 0.5–1.0 FTE

About the Organisation

OBRAZ – Defenders of Animals is a non-profit organization whose vision is a society that perceives animals as living beings with their own interests, not as means for human benefit. It strives for changes that are achievable in the conditions of the current world and will positively affect the largest possible number of lives. It involves the general public in its campaigns. With this approach, it has achieved two significant legislative successes – the ban on fur farms and caged chicken farming in the Czech Republic.
