About the Role

• In this role, you’ll build features for an AI-native incubation platform, using AI tools fluently while ensuring code quality catches subtle errors before shipping.
• Develop participant, group and mentor experiences including programme workspaces and events modules.
• Review and critique code you didn’t write to identify edge cases and logic errors, whether AI-generated or inherited.
• Transform vague problems into shipped features by asking clarifying questions and showing your reasoning.
• Iterate with frequent feedback from the Head of Systems, building autonomy as trust develops.

About the Organisation

The Kickstarting For Good incubator is an 18-week programme combining online phases with two in-person weeks at our incubator in Berlin, Germany. Participants learn the skills, theory, and mindset needed to launch high-impact initiatives, guided by senior mentors and programme advisors, and culminating in a final pitch day.
