About the Role

We’re building Kickstarting For Good into a scalable, AI-first incubator for the people transforming the food system, and we’re looking for someone who treats every recurring task as a puzzle worth redesigning.

This is not a “keep the lights on” operations role. It’s an operations role for someone who reads a checklist and immediately asks: “How could a participant own this? Could an AI handle the first draft? Could we delete this step entirely?”

You’ll do the practical work — setting up our Berlin incubator space for in-person weeks, running breakfast logistics, tracking documents, supporting our cohort — and you’ll continuously re-imagine how that work gets done.

You’ll work closely with our Communications lead and our Head of Systems / CTO. You won’t be alone figuring out tools or language, but you will own execution.

About the Organisation

The Kickstarting For Good incubator is a 15-week programme designed to help mission-driven organisations and innovators create impactful initiatives in the food system. This programme provides you with the resources, mentorship, and funding needed to turn your vision into a reality. With up to $200,000 available in funding, access to industry experts, and the opportunity to pitch your initiative on a global stage, this is your chance to accelerate your impact. Whether you already have a project in mind or want to explore one of our curated idea areas, we want to hear from you!
