Position: Digital Communications Editor
Role
Working closely with the Editorial and Design teams, the Digital Communications Editor must stay up to date on all of Sanctuary Nature Foundation’s publications, events, and activities. They will manage a calendar to plan regular content dissemination online, making sure that only high-quality text, images and videos are used across the organisation’s digital platforms listed below, while monitoring SEO optimisation, audience engagement, and ensuring brand consistency.

- WhatsApp Channel (and DMs)
- Newsletters (Mail Chimp)
- Linktree (from IG)
- Emails
- RazorPay Shop
- Website
Experience, Qualifications, Skills
- Editorial Judgement (a good command of the English language and visual communication without the use of GenAI)
- Technical proficiency (with online publishing such as blogs, newsletters and websites), social media platforms (FB, IG, YouTube, X, Substack, LinkTree, LinkedIn) and design software (Canva and Adobe Express)
- Leadership skills (good organisational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to effectively delegate tasks and oversee in-house teams)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of two years digital marketing experience
- Interest in environmental and wildlife conservation
- A willingness to learn new things!
