About the Role

You will be responsible for promoting animal welfare for chickens, pigs, and fish, while simultaneously working to reduce the amount of animal protein consumed. This includes a variety of tasks, from detailed administrative work to external outreach to companies and other organizations, campaign management, event and action planning, and assistance with sanctuaries.

Eligibility

  • Those who agree with our stance and want to promote both animal rights and animal welfare.
  • Those who are serious about making an impact in eliminating animal suffering (and who are able to work together, as this requires everyone to cooperate).
  • Those who want to acquire various skills, experience, and teamwork.
  • DX is relatively advanced here, so those who are reluctant to learn new IT tools may find it difficult.
  • As we are a small NGO, we are involved in all kinds of activities and work.
  • As we are an animal protection organization, there are cases where flexibility is required, such as animal rescue, abuse investigations, and disaster response.

Working conditions

  • 40 hours per week, flexible working hours available, details negotiable.
  • One-year contract, renewable thereafter based on performance and ability.
  • Probationary period applies.

Work place

Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture (Located far from the station, so suitable for those who can commute by car or motorcycle)

② 1-2 Interviews: The first interview will be held in Shibuya, and the second in Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture. There is a possibility of submitting an assignment.
