About the Role

You will lead the supporter engagement programme to strengthen long-term relationships, retention, and growth. The role includes donation processing, acknowledgements, supporter communication, and advocacy support. You will manage Raiser’s Edge and Engaging Networks, oversee segmentation and reporting, maintain data integrity, and support campaign and fundraising objectives.

About you

• Strong commitment to animal rights and legal protection for animals.
• Friendly and professional communicator, confident by phone, email, and letter.
• Experienced with Raiser’s Edge, Engaging Networks, and database systems.
• Strong technical and data management skills, including Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
• Collaborative team member supporting campaigns and fundraising goals.

Key requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience with Raiser’s Edge and Engaging Networks (or similar systems).
• Experience implementing and reporting on nonprofit development strategies.
• At least two years’ experience in segmentation, reporting, and data hygiene.
• Accurate donation processing and supporter correspondence management.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality with financial records.
• Experience handling supporter inquiries and donor liaison.

Terms and benefits

• Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year (depending on experience).
• Hybrid role: remote with one day per week on-site.
• Permanent, full-time, exempt position.
