After a solid career in finance, I was struggling to translate my skills and experience to a career path in animal advocacy. Preparing for the call, by answering the questions in the form, helped to formulate my career options and challenges. We went through them during the call, and I got really useful feedback from Lorenzo, who was well prepared. The feedback helped me to bring focus to my job search and give me confidence that a career change is possible. As a bonus Lorenzo gave me some great tips on how to improve my CV and LinkedIn page. My action list is now filled with small and bigger steps that I can start on right away.
