About the Role
The The Head of FOAK has deep expertise in engineering and scaling infrastructure and is laser focused on getting the breweries built. This role requires close cooperation with our CEO and CSO on strategy and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1) Design and build the first of a kind (FOAK) brewery
2) Help to bring the fermentation and downstream processes to scale
3) Build out the engineering team, hand pick the best people in the world to build the FOAK
4) Work closely with the CEO in scaling the company from 10 (current headcount) to hundreds of people
About the Organisation
We brew planet friendly protein ingredients using the ancient craft of fermentation. Our process is up to 5000x more land efficient than animal agriculture and requires no agricultural land.
