About the Role

ASAP will be on a tour in April 2024, visiting all the universities that you can find on the map which you can find on our website (Harvard, MIT, Cornell, Columbia, University of Wisconsin, Brown, University of Chicago, Yale, UPenn, etc.).

A typical schedule for the tour involves meeting in the hotel lobby at 8:30 AM, setting up at the university campus by 9-9:30 AM, engaging in various forms of outreach and educational events until 4-6 PM, and occasionally assisting with additional talks and trainings organized later in the evening, typically around 6-8 PM.

The tour typically lasts for a month.
Travel costs, including hotel and food are covered.
Pay can be on an hourly or salary basis.
Being a recent graduate is a plus.
If qualified, we can consider working together after the tour, part time or full time.

Qualities we are looking for:

-Be communicative and responsive through email and text.
-Be mission-driven, responsible, and ready to take the initiative.
-Be proactive.
-Be organized, with attention to detail. This sounds like a cliché but there are going to be forms, QR codes, posters, etc. and we want to make sure all the details are double checked carefully, and deadlines are met.
-Experience with outreach and organizing events is highly preferred.
